Mia has experience in the classroom, as well as in behavioral health and developmental disabilities fields. Mia has a Master’s degree in Education, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Studio Art, Art History, and Women’s Studies. One of Mia’s favorite books is
The Power of One by Bryce Courtenay.

Ashley has a passion to work professionally with children and their families, having experience with community mental health, Little Tree Education, and the NH Division for Children Youth and Families. Ashley holds her Master’s degree in Social Work, and Bachelor’s degrees in Legal Studies and Psychology-Child Development. One of Ashley’s favorite books is The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah.

Lisa has over 25 years of experience teaching in public and private schools, developing curriculum, creating opportunities for project-based learning, and mentoring student teachers. Lisa has a Master’s degree in Education, and Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology-Child Development and Art History. Lisa’s current book is always her favorite!

Wendy has 40 years of experience in education, including classroom teaching in public and private schools, directing the integration of technology for learning, developing curriculum and projects that leverage the power of technology, and leading school communities in Digital Citizenship and Internet Safety. Wendy has a Master’s degree in Educational Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Wendy enjoys reading history, mystery and non-fiction: her current favorite book is The Clockmaker’s Daughter by Kate Morton.

Katie has spent 20 years working as a speech-language pathologist, with clients of all ages, in public schools, in rehab/adult facilities and now as an owner of Through the Trees, LLC for Executive Functioning and Social Communication. Katie has a Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders. A book that is defining for Katie is One Chid by Torey Hayden.

Orton-gillingham tutor & trainer
Susan is a recreation therapist and is certified in the Orton-Gillingham method of reading remediation. She has spent 11 years tutoring children and adults who struggle with reading, writing and spelling. Susan trains teachers in this method in several area school districts and serves as the Assistant Director of the Children’s Dyslexia Center in Rochester, NH. Susan has her Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation- Park & Recreation Administration.
